What was the highlight of Moon Dreams Villas el Jardin
Very good spacious, modern and very clean rooms a few blocks from the beach.
Very clean and spacious rooms. Modern decor and excellent air conditioning. Loved the kitchen and having access to a fridge for storing drinks, etc.
Communication with the hotel was slow. There was a section in the reservation that outlined that sheets and towels were available for a fee. This seemed strange to me and I reached out to the hotel to get confirmation that this would not be the case. I received an answer 3 days later which would have been too late for me to cancel the reservation without a charge. They don't charge for towels or linens though. This would have bee perfect if it had been a little closer to the beach

Wifi is terrible, barely works and when it does it is very slow. We also had power and water cuts with no apologies from the management

No furniture in the living room just a hammock. It feels empty Air con is above the bed so you get the air on your face when you sleep.

Large rooms with a kitchen area that was really useful.
Large rooms with a kitchen area that was really useful. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, just 2 minute walk to the main square and 5 minutes to the beach. Overall great value for money in beautiful holbox!
